The City of St. John's is seeking professional engineering and architectural services for the design and construction of renovations to the existing Metrobus Depot to accommodate infrastructure required for electrification of the fleet. The modifications will include electrical distribution upgrades, charging infrastructure, mechanical and structural upgrades and additional areas to accommodate storage, electrical and charging equipment including additional backup power. 

The successful proponent will be required to undertake a wide range of services, including but not limited to the following: conceptual design, schematic design (inclusive of space planning), detailed design, estimating, tender services, contract administration, construction inspection, testing, commissioning, training and project closeout.
