The City of St. John's is seeking professional engineering and architectural services for the design and construction of a new fire station located in Goulds, Newfoundland and Labrador. The new station will service Goulds and the surrounding areas and will replace the existing volunteer fire station. It will include three (3) drive-through service bays, apparatus bay floor, kitchen, training and sleeping quarters as well as some administrative space. The successful proponent will be required to undertake a wide range of services, including but not limited to the following: conceptual design, pre-design (inclusive of space planning), detailed design, estimating, tender services, contract administration, construction inspection, testing, commissioning, training and project closeout. |
