The City of St. John's is requesting bids for the provision of general security services at the Robin Hood Bay (RHB) Regional Waste Management Facility, located at 340 East White Hills Road, St. John's, NL. The successful contractor shall provide one (1) security guard for the site with a 4x4 vehicle only for the hours outside of the normal operating hours of the facility. The security guard is expected to make regular patrols of the site, keep a log of their activity and report any unauthorized access or emergency situations to landfill staff and/or emergency personnel. |
