The City of St. John's is seeking qualified contractors to complete an upgrade to Lambe's Lane. The project consists of realignment of the street, extension of the street right of way, provision for a shared use path, and new water and storm services. The City of St. John's is seeking qualified contractors to complete an upgrade to Lambe's Lane. The project consists of realignment of the street, extension of the street right of way, provision for a shared use path, and new water and storm services. The Scope of Work generally includes: Part A: The construction of the extension of Lambe’s Lane from the eastern boundary of the existing MUN property to Elizabeth Avenue. This includes underground infrastructure (watermain and storm sewer), a new Shared-Use Path, the construction of new retaining wall and reconstruction of a portion for the MUN Print Services parking lot. Part B (Provisional Item): The upgrading of Lambe’s Lane from the eastern boundary of the existing MUN property to Westerland Road. This includes underground infrastructure (watermain and storm sewer) and a new Shared-Use Path. Note: The Part B scope of work is identified as provisional with work to be undertaken as budget permits. |
