Public Opening Address:  The unofficial results will be posted to the City’s bidding system website shortly after the closing and a public opening will take place at the closing time at the City’s Purchasing Office located at the Municipal Depot, 25 Blackler Ave. St. John’s, NL. The City may choose to forward bid prices to suppliers by an electronic or other means after the public opening instead of reading out bid prices at the public opening. Masks are strongly encouraged for all attendees.
Description: 

 

The City of St. John’s is seeking submissions from qualified firms to complete a study of the Empire Avenue Trunk Sewer, including all other sewers within the catchment area, which extends from west of Cordage Place, downstream to the Temperance Street CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) chamber.

The study shall determine the extent, configuration, and type of existing sewer infrastructure within the Empire Avenue Trunk Sewer catchment area and provide concept design options for separate stormwater and wastewater collection systems.
