Description: 

The City of St. John’s seeks to select a qualified bidder to partner and develop a low-carbon fleet masterplan which assesses current supporting infrastructure (including facility, storage, fueling, and maintenance) and clearly outlines an actionable pathway to achieve fuel efficiency and a low-carbon future for its municipal fleet. This study aims to create a fleet and supporting infrastructure masterplan that prioritizes rightsizing, implementing environmentally friendly technologies and sustainable transportation practices (including active transportation modes, and green fuels) with the dual objectives of emissions reduction and cost savings.
