The City may choose to forward bid prices to suppliers by an electronic or other means after the public opening instead of reading out bid prices at the public opening.
Description: 

The City of St. John’s has standardized on Genetec Video Management System (VMS) for corporate wide closed-circuit television (CCTV) system and door access controls.  The City has approximately 205 CCTV devices, 200 door access controls and 1500 cardholders throughout City facilities with the VMS software supported on Corporate Information Services infrastructure.   Currently the City is looking for a vendor to provide support and maintenance to existing devices and install/configuration of new devices.
