The City is inviting proposals for the provision of External Investigators on an as required basis. Successful proponents will be ranked in order of overall evaluation scores.  It is anticipated that the top ranked proponent will be contacted first if an External Investigator is required, unless a conflict, unavailability or other factor in the City’s discretion including but not limited to the quality of a prior investigation completed by the External Investigator, results in the next ranked proponent being contacted to provide an External Investigator.
