The City of St. John’s is seeking professional services of a qualified contractor for the construction of a new public washroom facility at Huck Williams Park, located on Chafe's Lane. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a load-bearing concrete masonry structure with wood siding and an asphalt shingle roof over a wood truss system. The facility will consist of two universally accessible washrooms and a mechanical/utility room. Site work will include all necessary connections to utilities and services. The washrooms will be designed to meet current accessibility standards, and all finishes will be vandal-resistant and enable efficient cleaning and low-maintenance upkeep. |
