Description: 

The City of St. John's is seeking a qualified contractor to complete it's annual Street Rehabilitation Program - Contract #1. Street rehabilitation includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, roadways as well as grind and patch activities.
