The City of St. John’s is seeking professional services for the construction of the Bowring Park Playground Upgrades. The project includes the removal of a section of existing playground equipment and rubber-tile surfacing, and the installation of a new accessible playground featuring a multi-component play structure, additional inclusive play features, and poured-in-place rubber surfacing. The work also includes civil site preparation, grading, asphalt pathways, and associated landscape works to enhance the overall safety, accessibility, and user experience of the playground |
