The City of St. John's seeks to retain services from qualified engineering consultants, licensed to practice in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and registered with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL), to conduct an external and internal inspection and non-destructive testing to assess the condition of the Shea Heights Reservoir located at 352 Blackhead Road in St. John's, NL. The successful proponent shall also provide a list of recommendations for improvements to be made based on findings from the on-site inspection and will prepare technical specifications and drawings for the City so that a future open call for bids can be issued to remediate any deficiencies found. |
