This project involves development of the Kelly’s Brook Shared Use Path (SUP) in accordance with the Bike St. John’s Master Plan. This particular phase of the project will extend from Carpasian Road to Bannerman Road. The Kelly’s Brook Shared Use Path will upgrade sections of existing gravel walking trails and/or existing 1.5m concrete sidewalks to a 3m wide paved shared-use-path and will also incorporate intersection treatments such as curb extensions and re-positioned crosswalk paths to better suit the outlined path. |
