| Description: |
The City of St. John’s is seeking submissions from qualified firms for engineering services for the Kelly’s Brook Shared-Use Path (SUP) project. The successful proponent will be required to provide a wide range of services from design stage to construction completion. These services will include modifications to the current set of design drawings and technical requirements package, in preparation for tender call. Services will be required in support of tender call and contract award. Contract administration and resident site inspection services will be required during construction. Following completion of construction, an as-built drawings and completions package will be required. Construction of the first phase (Phase 1A-Columbus Drive to Carpasian Road) is scheduled to begin in 2023. |
