The City of St. John's is inviting bids for the supply of clean 100-mm minus granular material to be used as cover at the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility. The cover material is to be produced at the bidders quarry and delivered to the Site. The material is not to be produced at the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility. The components of the work to be completed under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to: supply, delivery and stockpiling of 100-mm minus rock cover at designated stockpiling sites at the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility, 340 East White Hills Road, St. John's,
