The City's Construction Specifications Book (Fifth Edition, January 2022) has received a major update, and all bidders for construction related tenders are encouraged to review the specifications book in its entirety.  The master copy of the Construction Specifications Book is available for inspection on the City’s Web Site at : https://www.stjohns.ca/en/building-development/resources/Construction/Construction-Specifications-2022._2.pdf
